Randi and Steven’s Romantic Summer

I didn’t think we’d see a wedding during this summer of crazyness.. but Randi and Steven persevered with their wedding plans and created the most beautiful and romantic summer wedding at the Christmas House! Their color palette, dusty rose and greyish blue had a sprinkling of dark plums.. my favorite!! And while it was quite warm, hitting triple digits by mid afternoon, you would never know it, looking at Randi and Steven.. I never saw them without a smile. These two beautiful souls were so kind and loving on their day, nothing phased them and their day was perfect! Here’s a sneak peek, along with Randi and Steven’s own words they shared with us about their wedding day!

How did you find your wedding venue and why did choose it?: We found our venue on google... and we chose it because we met in Rancho and it felt like home to us!

What did you enjoy most about your wedding day?: I enjoyed the Pre-wedding festivities with my bridesmaids and the ambience of the entire venue. I enjoyed hearing his personal written vows.

Tell us 3 things you love most about your spouse?: His witty humor, smooth dance moves AND his shower singing voice

Say Yes to the Dress! : I tried on five dresses before saying yes to my dress. I loved that I looked like I had curves.... most importantly hips since I’ve been such a straight and narrow figure my whole life!

Tell us 3 things you love most about your spouse: I love her raspy voice, I love her craziness and I love her smile

What were your wedding colors?: Dusty rose and Grayish blue

What advice would you give future brides and grooms when it comes to wedding planning?: Stay positive, optimistic and most importantly go with the flow

Your wedding cake flavor(s): Lemon, Red Velvet, Snickerdoodle

Why did you choose Carrie Vines Photography?: We chose Carrie Vines because she was very familiar with the venue but most importantly fun to work with. She had great direction during the shoot and overall great company to be in. We loved our engagement shoot and our wedding day photos taken by her with great energy and personality!

Any final thoughts you'd like to share?: We’d like to say thank you to Janice our Wedding planner at the Christmas House…she was definitely our fairy godmother during the entire process. Also a special thank you to Carrie and her husband Sam for shooting amazing photos of us and capturing our special day!
